Negotiated procedures without prior publication and signing a contract for the compilation of project documentation

Compilation of project documentation and documentation for the selection of a contractor

Implementation stage (circa to 12/2031)

Selection of the building contractor

Compilation of implementing documentation

Construction of Vltavská Philharmonic Hall

 

The deadlines are preliminary and will be specified depending on the progress of the project.

CZK 6.1 billion

The renowned studio Henning Larsen and a team including consultancy firms AEA and Buro Happold compiled the usability analysis.
