The Smíchov railway station area will undergo a radical transformation. The modern Municipal District of Smíchov City arising between two metro stations, Na Knížecí and Smíchovské nádraží, offers almost 400 000 sqm of residential, administration, commercial and public space. We prepared an announced architectural competition for the first stage of construction in collaboration with the investor Sekyra Group. New residents will move into homes designed by architectural studios Kuba & Pilař architekti, Haascookzemmrich STUDIO 2050, Chalupa architekti, LÁBUS AA – Architektonický Ateliér, D3A or Projektil architekti in the space of a few years
