Vrchlického sady park lies right beside Hlavní nádraží (Central Station) and is awaiting transformation. The park, which is unflatteringly nicknamed the Prague Sherwood, will take on a refreshing face and be provided with a new tram line. The contractor for modifications will be chosen in a procurement procedure with competitive dialogue. We at IPR are currently preparing the process and creation of the assignment.

How much will it cost?

We had a framework calculation compiled during the preparation which envisages a possible total investment of around CZK 300 million (+/- 20%).
