Letná Museum District, Prague 7

Project for the revitalization of the public space surrounding the National Agricultural and National Technical Museums. The goal of the project is the overall improvement of street aesthetics, greater comfort for non-motorized traffic and coordination of investment plans in the addressed area. The intention of the pilot participatory project is also to improve the city district's communication skills towards the public and to adopt new practices in the field of participatory planning. The project opens up a discussion with the public on the topic of approaches to tree alley renewal.

Riverside Park, Prague 7

Architectural competition for a new park in an active flood zone, responding to the necessity to adapt to climate change. A unique opportunity to create a new park in the central part of Prague. The area between the port of Holešovice and the Barikádník bridge in close proximity to the river has been fallow for a long time and is suitable for such a project. The aim of the participatory process is to facilitate the implementation of a new park project that will respond to the needs and perceptions of its users, local residents and stakeholders. The design of the future park is the result of an architectural competition based on the outputs of the participatory process.

Development Strategy for Prague 3

Participatory creation of the strategic plan for the Prague 3 City District on a scale unique to the Czech environment. The participatory process was designed to ensure that none of the potential stakeholders were left out or underrepresented. An equally important goal was to raise local self-government to the highest international standards so that Prague 3 becomes a pioneer of participatory and strategic planning in the Czech Republic.

Strategic Development Plan 2040, Prague-Lipence

Participatory creation of a development strategy with conceptual deliberation for the Prague-Lipence City District. The strategic development plan and related documents show four strategic directions for what the city district will look like when the current pupils of the local primary school become adults. The plan conveys a comprehensive and multi-layered view of the city district and its inhabitants and opportunities for further development.
